The website has informational and promotional purposes regarding the accommodation facility
Mazzamurello B&B , the rooms, the services offered and allows the request
and/or the management of online bookings.
3) Proper use of the site
The user undertakes to use the site lawfully and in accordance with applicable laws.
It is prohibited to:
- use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- attempt to compromise the security or technical operation of the site;
- enter false, incomplete, or untrue data in the contact or booking forms;
- reproduce, copy, or exploit site content without authorization.
4) Online bookings
Bookings made through the site are subject to room availability
and confirmation by the property.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, including the actual number of guests,
their ages and any need for additional services or beds.
Any conditions regarding payment, cancellation, and refunds are indicated
in the dedicated section during the booking process.
The property reserves the right to request additional charges or to modify
the booking conditions if the data entered by the user do not correspond
to the actual composition of the requested stay.
5) Guest management, extra beds, and surcharges
To ensure maximum comfort and proper organization of the stay, the guest is required
to accurately indicate the number of guests who will stay in the room, distinguishing between
adults and children, where required by the booking system.
The presence of more than 2 guests in the same room may result in the application
of a surcharge and/or the need to arrange an extra bed,
depending on the room type, the guests’ ages, and the requested configuration.
A bambino fino a 4 anni can stay free of charge only if
no extra bed is required and they can use the existing beds
in the booked accommodation.
For bambini di età superiore ai 4 anni and, more generally, for
additional guests beyond 2 people, an
additional cost may be applied even if the extra bed is not actually selected or used,
as the rate may still vary depending on the additional presence in the room.
In the event that an is desired or provided for extra bed, it will be
the customer's responsibility to select it during the booking process, if the option is available,
or to contact the property in advance to receive confirmation of availability
and of the related costs.
Reservations in which there are more than 2 guests, but in which
no additional bed has been requested or selected, may nonetheless be considered
partial o not complete from an economic standpoint, with the resulting right
for the property to apply the relevant rate adjustment.
Whether or not the surcharge is applied remains at the Management's discretion,
based on the characteristics of the booking, the selected room, the guests' ages
and the property's organizational needs.
For this reason, it is always recommended to contact the property before proceeding with the booking,
so as to receive more precise information on the most suitable accommodation and any applicable additional costs.
6) Prices and payments
The prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euro (€) and may vary according to the season,
availability, and any promotional offers.
Online payments, where provided, are handled through secure external providers
(e.g. PayPal, Stripe or other enabled payment systems).
The site does not store full payment card data.
Any additional amounts resulting from a different composition of guests than indicated
at the booking stage may be requested by the property even after the booking itself,
before check-in or at the time of arrival.
7) Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, photographs, logos, videos, graphics,
layout and code) are the property of Mazzamurello B&B or their respective owners
and are protected by copyright laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
8) Limitation of liability
The Owner undertakes to keep the information up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee
the absence of errors or service interruptions.
Mazzamurello B&B is not responsible for:
- any temporary malfunctions of the site;
- interruptions due to technical maintenance or force majeure;
- the contents of external sites that may be linked via hyperlinks;
- errors or omissions attributable to the user when completing the data related to the booking.
9) Links to external sites
The site may contain links to third-party websites.
Mazzamurello B&B is not responsible for the content or the policies
of data processing adopted by such parties.
